All Passion Project items are made to order. This means your piece is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please double-check your size, color, and product selection before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 business days, depending on production time and carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is fulfilled.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any shipping issues should be resolved directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
Billing + Order Issues
All billing is processed securely at checkout. If you notice an error in your order confirmation, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, changes cannot be made due to the made-to-order nature of production.
Returns + Replacements
At this time, we do not offer replacements for damaged, lost, or misprinted items. This policy allows us to keep the store simple and aligned with the purpose of Passion Project as a brand extension — not a full-scale retail operation.
