Allison Kindelspire on Creating WLTH WLKS and WLTH Collective to Blend Wellness With Business

Walking side by side may be the most powerful way to build authentic business connections…

If you’ve ever left a networking event wondering what, if anything, you got out of it, you’re not alone. For many women entrepreneurs, traditional mixers feel more like transactions than conversations, and the only people walking away with value are the ones selling from the stage.

Meet WLTH WLKS, a movement that’s turning networking on its head by replacing lukewarm cocktails and name tags with fresh air, conversation, and genuine connection.

WLTH WLKS The Simplicity of Walking and Talking

WLTH WLKS is as simple as it sounds: women business owners meeting up to walk together and talk about the realities of entrepreneurship. There’s science behind it, walking boosts creativity by up to 60 percent, but more importantly, there’s connection. When you’re moving side by side instead of sitting across a conference table, walls come down, ideas flow, and the conversation feels more natural.

For founders balancing growth, wellness, and community, it’s a way to get steps in, clear your head, and meet women who truly understand the highs and lows of building something from scratch.

WLTH Collective Taking It Deeper

If WLTH WLKS is the spark, WLTH Collective is where the flame grows. This membership community is designed for women who want more consistent touchpoints, deeper collaboration, and access to tools and expertise. It’s part accountability circle, part learning hub, and part global network. The emphasis isn’t just on building businesses, it’s on building businesses that align with how women actually want to live and work.

WLTH Collective is grounded in the belief that wellness and business go hand in hand. Instead of glorifying hustle, it encourages members to scale with intention and stay grounded in community support.

Why It Works

What makes these spaces stand out is their intentionality. WLTH WLKS lowers the barrier to entry: it’s free, accessible, and adaptable to any stage of business. The Collective offers the structure, depth, and global reach for women ready to push further. Both are built on a foundation of authenticity, real conversations, real support, and real opportunities.

For women entrepreneurs, that combination is rare and refreshing. You’re not just trading business cards; you’re building connections that actually move the needle.

Q & A With WLTH WLKS and WLTH Collective Founder, Allison Kindelspire

We spoke with founder Allison Kindelspire about the spark that started WLTH WLKS, why she believes connection is the most valuable form of wealth, and how she sees both WLTH WLKS and WLTH Collective shaping the future of women in business. Her story, and her vision remind us that sometimes the best ideas are the simplest ones.

Interview With Allison Kindelspire

Q: What was the spark that led you to create WLTH WLKS, and why did you feel women entrepreneurs needed this kind of community now more than ever?

Allison Kindelspire leading a WLTH WLK

A: I’ve been in medical device sales for over 20 years and I climbed the corporate ladder all the way to director of sales. When a new CEO came on the scene I lost my job in about a week. I started going to all these networking events trying to find people trying to find a spark or someone to Collab with. I soon realize these events were kind of full of shit, no one was really networking and the only real people benefiting from the event was the person selling to you on this stage. I don’t drink alcohol so I didn’t want their cheap champagne and I was constantly looking at closing my rings and becoming a healthier version of myself so I didn’t want the fried finger foods. I thought there has to be a better way to meet like-minded women and continue being a better version of myself. So I dreamt up the idea of a “walk and business talk” style way to network. The name wealth walks actually came to me on a walk! Little did I know that it’s been proven? You’re 60% more creative when you’re walking! And the brand name WLTH WLKS (wealth walks) comes from the idea that we are all a wealth of knowledge and we should share the wealth of knowledge with each other on a walk.

Q: When you were building WLTH WLKS and later the WLTH Collective, what guiding values or principles shaped how you wanted these communities to feel and function?

A: When I began building WLTH WLKS and later the WLTH Collective, my guiding principle was always: How do I want women to feel when they step into this space? For me, the answer has always been rooted in community, joy, and connection. One of my core beliefs is that it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Networking isn’t just an event you tick off, it’s life. Every meaningful conversation, every introduction, and every new relationship has the power to change your path. That’s why WLTH WLKS was designed to feel light, welcoming, and energizing, a space where women could come together without pressure or pretense and simply walk, talk, and connect. The magic is in the simplicity, two women side by side, realizing how much they have in common, supporting one another, and sparking ideas that may never have happened in isolation. When I created the WLTH Collective, I carried those same values forward but infused them with a sense of growth, ambition, and global-mindedness. I wanted it to be a high-frequency room where ambitious female founders could not only network, but also expand their vision of what’s possible together.

A key part of that vision is my belief that wellness is business. How can we really have one without the other? The way we nurture our energy, our bodies, and our joy directly impacts the way we show up in our companies. Most of all, I wanted women to feel the positivity of being in true community and alignment. When you’re surrounded by women who understand you, uplift you, and champion you, something shifts, you feel the joy of connection, the excitement of possibility, and the certainty that you are not doing business alone. At the heart of both WLTH WLKS and the WLTH Collective is my belief that connection is wealth. Not just financial wealth, but the wealth of friendships, opportunities, collaborations, and personal growth. These spaces were created to bring JOY back into the networking industry, and to show that when women rise together, the ripple effect is limitless.

Q: There are countless entrepreneur networks out there...what do you feel makes WLTH WLKS different, and why do women keep showing up for it?

A: Women are craving real in person connections with like-minded women but also we are in a whole new wellness era. Q: Can you share a success story or transformation from a member that really captures the impact WLTH WLKS has had?

A: You actually never know who you’re going to meet and how one conversation can impact your business. There are so many success stories of women meeting on a wealth walk and working together sharing clients or combining their talents and pulling off thousands of dollars worth of collaborations. This is copied from a members IG post to show the impact of her first wealth walk!

@maddisoneverist_: Went on my first wealth walk on Friday —and wow, what a beautiful way to start the day. A group of women in business, walking with intention, sharing stories, resources, and real conversations about impact, purpose, and possibility. Within the hour, I'd already connected with a gorgeous soul and we've begun co-creating a wellness event that'll be held on the Sunshine Coast in the coming months. There's something powerful about walking with intention-whether with a friend or a whole community. It elevates the energy, expands the conversation, and unlocks creativity in ways that sitting at a desk just can't. So grateful for this space and would absolutely recommend weaving more of this into your week! Would you like to join the next walk?

Q: How do you envision WLTH WLKS and the WLTH Collective evolving in the future? Are there new experiences or offerings you’re excited to bring into the community?

A: I see WLTH WLKS and the WLTH Collective evolving in really exciting ways. Right now, we’re working on an app that will make it even easier for women to connect and collaborate with like-minded female business owners in their city. Our vision is for this app to grow into the go-to networking platform for female business owners around the world. I also see opportunities for brand partnerships with global brands, connecting female business owners with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need most.

We’re planning large community events with aligned and like-minded brands, creating experiences that combine connection, growth, and inspiration. Honestly, the world is our oyster, and we’re only just getting started. For the WLTH Collective, I see it becoming a truly global online community for ambitious women who want more. A space where women can leverage the knowledge, lessons, failures, and growth of other women in similar businesses, and get ahead faster through the power of community. It’s about learning from one another, lifting one another, and creating opportunities together, on a global scale. So if you are brand reading this and you want to connect with the female business owners of your community, please reach out to us at info@wlthwlks.com We know the power of community and we know we can’t build this rocket ship without collaborations.

Q: If a woman entrepreneur is on the fence about joining a membership like this, what would you want her to know about the kind of support, opportunities, and growth she’ll find inside WLTH WLKS?

A: If a woman entrepreneur is on the fence about joining WLTH WLKS, I want her to know that this isn’t just another networking group, it’s a space designed to support, inspire, and accelerate. Inside WLTH WLKS, she’ll find genuine community, where women understand the challenges of running a business and are ready to lift each other up. She’ll have access to opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and partnerships, connecting with like-minded business owners who are aligned in values, ambition, and energy. This isn’t just about who you know, it’s about learning from the successes and lessons of others, so you can grow faster and with more clarity. And perhaps most importantly, she’ll experience the joy of connection. WLTH WLKS is built around creating moments where women feel seen, supported, and energized, where ideas flow, partnerships form, and confidence grows. If she’s ready to invest in herself, her business, and her community, this is a place where she can truly thrive, both professionally and personally.
